1. Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of products and/or services offered by the company MANE SOLIS, SAS with a capital of 10,000.00 EUROS, registered with the RCS of 921 315 412 RCS Paris, whose head office is located at 45 boulevard Saint-Marcel 75013 Paris, represented by Picouret Pauline, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", to its professional or private customers, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

The T&Cs are available on the website of the MANE SOLIS company and will prevail over any other condition of purchase, except for formal and written derogation from the Seller.

2.Orders

The Customer can place an order on the website of the company MANE SOLIS or by any other means of communication provided for this purpose. Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

The products are offered within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of a product, the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to offer an equivalent product.

Pre-orders are accepted. Delivery time for pre-orders is 3-6 weeks. The Customer will be informed by email of the dispatch of his order.

3.Delivery

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the order reaches a minimum amount of €200. The average delivery charge per order is €9.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the products as soon as possible. In case of late delivery, the Customer will be informed and may cancel his order if the delivery time exceeds 30 days.

In the event of loss or damage during transport, the Seller undertakes to proceed to an exchange or a refund.

4.Guarantees

The products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery. In the event of non-compliance or hidden defect, the Customer may return the product to the Seller at his own expense. The Seller will exchange or refund the product.

The return of products is supported by COLISSIMO. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and in their original packaging.

5.Price and Payment

The prices are indicated in euros and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may be changed at any time by the Seller, without notice.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after actual collection of the sums due.

6.Intellectual property

The content of the MANE SOLIS website, in particular the texts, images, logos, graphics, is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization from the Seller is prohibited.

7. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold or from non-compliance with the instructions for use.

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the MANE SOLIS website, in particular in the event of interruption or malfunction of the site.

8. Confidentiality of personal data

The Seller undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers in accordance with the regulations in force. The data collected during an order will only be used in the context of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customer.

These T&Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GCS will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
