• All our jewelry is made to order in our Parisian workshop. The manufacturing time varies from 3 to 6 weeks depending on the model chosen and the complexity of its realization and the order book. We do everything we can to ensure that your piece of jewelery will be produced as soon as possible and with the utmost care.

• All our parts are customizable and manufactured on demand, for these reasons we do not do standard exchange on our site manesolis.com . For a new model or another color, simply reorder on our e-shop.

• Each order is prepared with the greatest care. All our creations are delicately wrapped in a pouch, and placed in a box.

• TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLOTHING

The needle pierces the fabric, gently separating the stitches. These will return to their original place naturally as soon as the needle is removed. It is therefore necessary to avoid materials that do not have a mesh, such as leather, suede, vinyl... and too delicate textiles such as silk, satin, organza... Also pay attention to the weight of the your jewelry; large pieces are suitable for heavy garments such as coats, jackets or large sweaters.

• TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY

All MANE SOLIS jewelery is gilded with 18 carat7 50% fine gold in Paris. To preserve the gilding, it is recommended to avoid all contact with water, cosmetics and perfumes. In order to avoid bumps and scratches, we advise you to put your jewelery back in its pouch as soon as you are not wearing it.

• Your MANE SOLIS jewel is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. We invite you to keep your proof of purchase in order to activate your warranty.
  

This warranty does not apply:

- Non-compliant uses as well as defects in use;

- Damage due to handling error, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes;

- In the event of an abnormal maintenance operation or in the event of a lack of maintenance and hygiene;

- To the interventions carried out on the jewel by any person not mandated by the Customer Service as well as the deteriorations resulting from such an intervention.

• The gilding of your jewel is guaranteed for 1 year and we undertake to take back your piece if the state of wear was not natural. If after one year your jewel needs a new galvanization, we will always be available to support you thanks to a gilding service on estimate.
  
  
• In case of loss or breakage of a semi-precious stone on one of our jewels, we offer a free stone replacement service at our workshop.
